Cyber Safety for Seniors
Free presentations helping older adults recognize and avoid online scams — because the same expertise should be available to people who need it most.
The program
How it works
I lead an engaging 45–90 minute interactive session to help participants identify and avoid online scams and better secure their personal computers and mobile devices. Presentations happen at a venue of your choice — church, library, conference center, senior center, or online — and are best received by seniors in the late morning or early afternoon. A minimum of 8 participants is required.
Outcomes
What attendees get
- Better equipped to identify and avoid likely scams
- What to do if they are being scammed
