Last updated: July 14, 2026
Erus Consulting LLC (“Erus Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at erusconsulting.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — for example, by submitting a contact form. The information we collect through the Site’s contact form is:
- Your name
- Your organization
- Your email address
- Any additional message or information you choose to include
Information collected automatically. Our Site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel’s privacy-focused Web Analytics, which helps us understand aggregate Site usage such as page views and general traffic patterns. This analytics does not use cookies to track you across sites. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering and securing the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries;
- Contact you about our services, including following up on a request or discovery call;
- Maintain a record of our communications with you.
We use automatically collected analytics data only to understand and improve Site performance and usage.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We rely on trusted providers to operate the Site and communicate with you — for example, Vercel (hosting and analytics) and our email provider. These providers process information only on our behalf and for the purposes described here.
- Scheduling. If you choose to book a call, our Site directs you to Microsoft Bookings. Any information you enter there is collected by Microsoft under its own privacy terms, not ours. We encourage you to review Microsoft’s privacy statement before providing information on that platform.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Erus Consulting, our clients, or others.
4. Data Retention
We keep the information you provide only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — primarily, to contact you and maintain a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
5. Cookies
Our Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel Web Analytics) operates without cookies. Some strictly necessary technical data may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to request its correction. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR). If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis for processing the information you submit is your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@erusconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
8. Children’s Privacy

9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
